They didnt keep me up to date, and when the property didnt sell they suggested I de-list it.

5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

12th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.Imperial Acre - Buy My House

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
