9th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I have to say that viewing homes with Olivia really helped dial down the stress factor involved in looking for our new home. She was friendly, engaging and courteous throughout the two visits where she met us and showed us round. I would highly recommend John Alexander Estate Agents because of the professional service we have received.

14th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)The company is well-established and has an all-round service to offer. Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.

23rd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Excellent staff and efficient service... wonderful location... brilliant day and can't wait to return
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I used leaders for my rental property. Chloe and Sofia were so helpful. Very quick to answer the phone and deal with any queries. They managed to bring forward the move in date to work around my work which was very helpful.

Nicholas and Holly The Agency
The Old Fruit Shop, 5a Brook Street, Manningtree , CO11 1DJ(103 reviews)
4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Just want to say a massive thank you to both Holly and Nick. They have been absolutely fantastic and have really helped with our purchase of our house. They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!
4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)From day one, the whole experience has been smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.
26th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Ezgi & Erik are absolutely lovely. First met on our purchase a few years ago and now recently completing our sale with them. Not only did they get our flat under offer quickly but they also provided a smooth sales process and great advice during pre-sale.

More than anything they are personable and care about you as a client which can be hard to find now. Thanks guys for all the help!
22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Huge thanks to Richard, Elliot and Rachele, who are all deserving of praise for their help in getting our sale over the line. Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. Things aren't always plain sailing when it comes to moving house, and that's when you appreciate having a team like this on your side. Thank you.
3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Oakheart have been a valued, professional and reliable service throughout. Charlie who first took all photography was very relaxed yet professional.
