29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

7th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)James was great throughout the entire buying process. He was proactive with the solicitors and always kept us updated.
