I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

13th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)Unfortunately my house went onto the market just before lockdown. Whilst these are unprecedented times I had absolutely no communication from Reeds Rains the entire time not even a courtesy call to explain what they we doing! As restrictions lifted i had to constantly call them to see what was going on. In the end after being told there were staffing issues I took my business elsewhere.

30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

Impeccable service, always going the extra mile to help out and most of all getting things done on the spot. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

The whole process was completed seamlessly by Jane and team - always there to resolve any queries and have provided us with a bespoke service to fit in with our circumstances - we will be in our home for years to come but would recommend Harts homes to all .
6th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation
