16th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Communication with the agency was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout the process. The only area that could be improved is the property advertising, which should be a bit better in terms of presentation and details.
17th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.

21st Sep 2026 (5 days ago)No for sale board put up. Another house in our street went up at the same time and they were marketed more it appeared. Their house was reduced and has sold. Only minimal interaction with estate agents. One viewing which was sourced by myself on Facebook.
27th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We recently moved into our new home through John Payne and the whole process was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helped us sort out the paperwork quickly. When we picked up the keys, the house was clean and ready for us. Any small questions we had during our first week were answered right away. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to other renters.

I have felt totally at ease in Sarah’s presence, and she has been reassuring and very helpful at all times. I found Sarah to be enthusiastic and passionate about what she was delivering which is why I decided to sell with Your Move.
22nd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Don’t really know where to start<br>This is my review of my experience renting with this company<br><br>Rude and unprofessional staff<br>Lack of communication with both tenants and staff<br>Inconsistent and unreliable<br><br>1 one staff member will say something and the other completely different, despite working for the same company?<br><br>Had to wait over a month for a replacement of damaged item when my partner called about it he was told it is not and emergency and should just deal with it, when I called about it several times was told they are sorry and we’ll do something about it ASAP after I finally had to ask if you were in your home and this was the case would you feel comfortable.<br><br>There are many more things to say but I’d rather not give any more of my time to c9 but for people considering renting with them all I can say is that there are much better letting agents that are great communicators, respectful, honest and professional<br>Hope this helps someone making their decision.<br><br>Also<br>I had a look at one star reviews and have realised that you are constantly breaching sensitive information about people, usually other companies refrain from discussing people’s complaints in comment sections and have private discussions about concerns.

She is an absolute credit to the team.<br><br>Bethany is an amazing listener, caring, attentive, and really shows that she has taken the time to listen.<br><br>Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care really stood out to me. It is clear that she takes pride in what she does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bethany to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.<br><br>After dealing with her, I was so impressed that I did question whether she could be flawless in every way, that's until she shared her taste in music with me. I then realised that no one is perfect ??????

22nd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)When James from Sauve said he deals with everything from organising and seeing all viewings through to vetting potential buyers and liaising with the both Solicitors and providing weekly updates it’s hard to imagine he has time to do all this but he actually does on every sale that I know he has been involved in. He takes the stress out of the day to day worries about selling/buying and is there to guide you through, nothing is too much trouble for him. The best Estate agent by far.
1st Sep 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They called us themselves, arranged and confirmed property viewings, and then nobody from the agency showed up. We were left waiting with no explanation, and when we tried calling them, they didn’t answer.<br><br>This has happened to me multiple times, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off mistake. If you can’t organise a viewing properly or have someone actually turn up, don’t waste people’s time by booking appointments you have no intention of attending.<br><br>Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of customers’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency to anyone.
