13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.
23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I am rating our experience with 5 starts due to the professional, transparent and dedicated work Jessica Blyth-Mallett did! Nowadays it is really rare to came across with a transparent and professional person in the estate agent area...estate agents tend to look into the outcome and a lot of the times do not follow a fair selling process. Jessica was not only transparent but provided all the relevant information you would need when you visit a property. Normally we are left with a lot of unanswered questions without a follow up but she made sure to answer nearly all of them and follow up re a few later on. She made sure we felt ok during the view and that we felt in love with the property. :)

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.
15th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!

They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

The whole team is friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive — whenever anything came up, it was handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s rare to find an estate agent you feel you can 100% trust, but that’s exactly how we feel about Charles Rose. After such a consistently positive experience, I honestly wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well looked after — we highly recommend them.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.

You are simply the best- 20th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
