26th Jul 2024 (1 day ago)Spoke to several agents, some who overpriced, and others underpricing expecting unrealistic interest in the property. EHB's valuation seemed the most realistic, and their communication was excellent throughout the selling process.

I instructed them to sell my house they told potential viewers they didn't know anything about it and had never heard of it after they told me to pay for a floor plan. The lettings manager didn't do 1 inspection and screamed at me down the phone because I was trying to find out if my rent had been paid over. I made a formal complaint. James Hawkesford had complete disregard for my concerns. I am suing and will go to the ombudsman

17th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)We purchased a house with Colebrook Seccombes in April 2024. The staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend using them for purchasing or selling a property.
1st Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)House Sale: Did a great job with the photo's, listing and getting lots of viewings. Also where the agent for the house we bought and they did a great job staying on top of the sales process to the end.
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)I have been a landlord for many years and the Lettings Team (Selina, Leanne and Beccy) have been very helpful and oversaw the excellent refurbishment of the kitchen of my property with good communication throughout. This is important as I am located some distance away and the property was then quickly back on the market and let to a good tenant
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)We got there in the end!!! Photography needs to be improved as I decided to edit the photographs myself. Description of the property could have been better written so it would be more attractive to the potential buyer. Would have liked to see 3D walk around online options. Communication and attitude can improve from the staff.

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

Nothing was ever to much trouble, the communication, patience and professionalism was outstanding. Iv already recommended them to family and friends. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Had to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents. So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . I would have no hesitation in recommending them First class Dave
