A great service all around .
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

Monika was very attentive and kept everything well-organized, while Euan was efficient and practical—together, they worked as a great team. I really appreciated their patience and dedication in helping me find the right place to rent. They listened to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. 4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve been impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the Connells staff I’ve had involvement with so far. I’ve literally just had my offer on a property in Rugby accepted, so a long way to go yet, but Iona Campbell and Matthew Measures have been great! All my checks were carried out swiftly and I’ve got to say they have installed a sense of confidence that they’ll help me through the whole buying process. Viewings were arranged easily and again, they were friendly and professional in the way they were conducted and how they’ve dealt with us. I appreciate its early days, but I’ve been impressed and first impressions count a lot with me, so I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you Iona and Matthew for (hopefully) finding us our new forever home!
13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.

The process should have been relatively straightforward as a small chain but the seller’s solicitor was extremely unprofessional and the process took over 4 months. We are so grateful for the professional service received and cannot see another local agent pushing through for all parties. We all felt that we received personal service from a true professional. Their communication is excellent, if I had any questions or needed something to be clarified they were always on hand to help.
