24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Viewed property and was advised that it was under probate but there was a will in place so would only take 6-8 weeks and would not slow the process down, eventually reached week 24 and still no update on probate. Hunters not responsible for probate but by giving misleading information this cost us >£1000 in survey and searches. Communication was good throughout but overall disappointing result as we had to withdraw our offer as getting nowhere after waiting for months.

From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. I honestly don’t think we would have moved when we did without Lauren’s help and support and we are so grateful. Thank you Lauren!

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Totally professionals and a caring team .<br>we have moved to Llandudno from Tamworth last Friday 4 months after we should have moved ( 1st time buyer walked away ) .Big thanks to Jodie for badgering and keeping all parties on their toes as there were times we wondered if it was going to happen. Suddenly everything clicked into place and with Sally helping Jodie we finally have made it 500yds from West Shore with beach views.<br>Thank you again from the heart of our bottom ????????????.if your every over this way ....bring your bucket and spade ....we would love to see you ????????????

She was always available to answer questions and provide updates.<br>Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided.

He came across as genuinely invested in selling our property, and his “no-pitch pitch” ticked all the right boxes.<br><br>Emily took us from signing the contract to having an offer accepted within just 4 days and did a fantastic job of keeping everything moving from there, making the sale genuinely hassle-free.<br><br>They’re both genuinely nice people and we really liked dealing with them. Most importantly, they delivered on the money too, achieving a price well above the recommendations of the competing agents.<br><br>A great service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry, Emily and the team.

25th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fantastic service from Wilkins<br><br>We first used Wilkins around 5 years ago when we purchased our buy-to-let property, and we then chose to have them manage the property for us ever since.<br><br>I have to give a huge shout-out to Bethany Q, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a question or needed any help, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>When we eventually decided to sell the property, we continued to use Wilkins, and we have dealt with a few different people within the office. Every single person we have spoken to has been amazing, helpful and professional.<br><br>Our sale took just under 12 weeks, which we think is absolutely incredible, and the whole process was made so much easier by the fantastic team.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Wilkins for all your help over the years and, more recently, for making the sale run so smoothly. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you! ??????????
