17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.

He was extremely friendly, and very supportive, answering all my questions about the process along the way<br>My house sold within a week of being advertised which demonstrates Profile’s experience with the local market.<br>Extremely happy with the service and will certainly be using Profiles again in the future

Jo, the Lettings Manager, has been absolutely fantastic over the years, always keeping me informed and finding new tenants quickly when needed. Katie in the team is equally lovely to deal with, always professional, friendly and helpful. Both are a real credit to the branch and give me complete confidence that my property is in good hands. A huge thank you to both for all their help and support over the years!

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They were proactive, communicated well and efficiently, and always brought a point of view / advised on next steps. We can’t thank the team enough for everything, particularly Emily, as well as Anya and Harry. The whole team are professional, efficient and very organised. With a large house sale (£1mil +) we needed more than just showing viewings - which is where the real benefit of Alexander’s came in - they have a big book and leveraged their contacts to secure more viewings, and where relevant introduced our house to other people that hadn’t considered it yet but met their criteria. We went from offer to exchange in 5 weeks - which feels unheard of in the UK! We honestly can’t thank the Alexander’s team enough for everything they did! And absolutely would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat - it was a smooth, efficient and well communicated process the entire time. Thank you!

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.<br><br>A special thank you to Kayleigh and Mandeep for their excellent customer service, friendly approach, and quick responses.<br><br>Mandeep was also always very punctual for property viewings and the key handover. H's great professional, and I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to rent a property in Solihull!

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.

When the solicitors were not very good at communicating Xchange really helped bridge that gap and do chasing on our behalf, which was massively appreciated too. Would definitely recommend

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this estate agency.<br><br>Firstly, the lady who was supposed to show us the property arrived 20 minutes late, which was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for our time.<br><br>To make matters worse, there was no lighting in the property, meaning we could barely see anything during the viewing. We were expected to look around the house using a phone flashlight, which is absolutely ridiculous! How can anyone properly view a property or make an informed decision about buying a house when they cannot even see it?<br><br>This is something the agency should have checked and sorted out before arranging viewings. It is their responsibility to ensure that potential buyers can actually see the property they are being shown.<br><br>On top of that, when we asked the agent basic questions about the property, she couldn’t answer them and appeared to know very little about the house she was showing us.<br><br>Overall, the entire experience was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing.
