15th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. They dealt with the conveyancing when we sold one house and would have done for the buying of a new one had we not sacked them first. They were slow and totally unproactive. At best they acted like an expensive post box. The final straw was when they "forgot" to hand over a significant deposit of tens of thousands of pounds we had paid to them for onward transmission to a major nationwide house builder as an essential part of the contract. This only came to light when I asked for confirmation of receipt of the money from the builder weeks after it was due but they said they hadn't received it. Initially I thought the builder was at fault but then a light bulb moment made me think it was Deans and who knows how much longer Deans would have sat on our money had I not proactively intervened. When I asked for an explanation Deans said "they weren't asked" for the deposit. Feeble. £200 compensation was nowhere enough for the stress caused. It was only by the exceptional customer service from the nationwide house builder that we didn't lose the house.

7th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

30th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)A bit disappointed with both the service provided and the communications throughout. During the entire 8 weeks, Irlams did not ring me once other that to give me the 2 sets of feedback and also to advise on the viewing on the final day. It was me who rang them to see if there had been any enquiries or interest. Irlams set the price, and I did indicate at the time that I was unsure about pricing. I was a bit swayed by their discounted price and maybe as they say in life, you get what you pay for. All in all, I have no clue why I did not get any further interest other than the details produced were really bang average.

7th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)I can not recommend this estate agent highly enough. We relocated from London to Hale and rented a property from JN Hilditch. Moving house is stressful enough but with the added stress of a xxxx of a ex landlord. The stress was increased somewhat. They were just amazing, had our back the entire way. Highly professional yet very friendly. Striking the perfect balance. Most of our dealings were with a lovely lady called Nina. But the entire team are wonderful. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service received ofter the contract was signed with the expected teething problems of moving, is also flawless.Ive never not received a reply from an email within hours. And usually with a solution. Bravo JN Hilditch. You completely smash the somewhat negative reputation of estate agents
