No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

It's out first rental and Amy and Siobhan have been so helpful and have managed to get our house rented out very quickly and for the rent we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Just adding to this review because we've just sold the house. Frances and her team have been fantastic to work with, we couldn't have been happier with the lack of stress, thanks to the team.
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

Thank you guys! 2025 - Really impressed with the level of service from everyone at LMS Property. As a tenant, the renting process can often feel like a free-for-all, however at LMS this was not the case. I really felt valued and the approach is truly customer focused.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

And hit the target date of completion without a hitch. Would highly recommend anybody to use ONP solicitors if you want a smooth transaction.

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation.
