21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

From start to finish his communication was excellent and he made me feel reassured and well informed as a buyer, particularly when there were gaps in communication between solicitors. Would highly recommend him!
8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)A laughable Letting agent where they have the audacity of claiming over 80% of deposit worth over £450 for 'redecoration' purposes for simple wear and tear for a tenancy lived for almost 2 years. After further involvement of external adjudicator, their claim was not successful. Embarrassing really, genuinely left a bitter end to the tenancy. Their measly attempt in scraping up from a student's deposit for pathetic claims, only for their own benefits. Would've posted the laughable images they claimed against, but I will leave it at this. Do better.

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. We would highly recommend Bob Gutteridge Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

From the valuation up to finding a buyer the whole team were professional, informative and very friendly. Within a week they managed to arrange few viewings and including one potential buyer.
