It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????

21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. We would highly recommend Bob Gutteridge Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending<br><br>I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.<br>After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.<br>Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!<br>When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.<br>We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.<br>Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

Friendly, polite and very professional in her manner - very knowledgeable about the property but any questions she couldn't answer - she got back to me promptly with the said answers. I would be more than happy to view with Paige again.
