21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. 24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back. From day one, the whole team were honest, open, and professional, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>They sold my property within just one week of it going on the market, which exceeded my expectations. They also provided invaluable support with my onward purchase, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Tom, who carried out the valuation and facilitated a viewing on a prospective property, was incredibly professional while remaining approachable and down to earth.
