15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Baker Wynne & Wilson provided a very good service on the purchase of my parent’s property. They communicated really well and were straightforward to deal with. Would recommend them for anyone wishing to use their services.
21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Emma has been wonderful throughout the sale of our house. She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.

She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.

We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Brilliant service from austerberry. Thank you
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending

I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.
After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.
Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!
When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.
We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.
Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience- 19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a viewing this morning of a property on the market with BJB - the viewing agent was Paige Malik and it was a pleasure to be shown around by her. Friendly, polite and very professional in her manner - very knowledgeable about the property but any questions she couldn't answer - she got back to me promptly with the said answers. I would be more than happy to view with Paige again.

13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
10th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a fantastic experience selling our home and couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process.

A special thank you to Amir and Charlotte, who truly went above and beyond. We experienced several issues with our solicitors, which made the sale far more stressful than it needed to be. Amir and Charlotte were always on hand to chase things up, keep us informed, and offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.

Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and support, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Open House - Stafford & Cannock
Parkfield Business Centre, Park Street, Stafford, ST17 4AL(45 reviews)
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I would recommend Open House Estate Agents. They took great pictures and gave a thorough description of the house, getting our house on the market quickly. Personal service and excellent communication throughout the process. The only issue we had was when it came to the negotiation with our buyer for a price - we had to push back quite hard against offers that were below what we thought were acceptable. Open House were understanding when we raised this issue and it finally helped us reach a target price we were happy to accept. They are willing to listen to your needs.
