2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)BUT Communication weak. No conversation or ideas to sell property. Lack of responses even when we said we were withdrawing property from market. Shame.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Baker Wynne & Wilson provided a very good service on the purchase of my parent’s property. They communicated really well and were straightforward to deal with. Would recommend them for anyone wishing to use their services.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Many thanks to Bill and the team... Nantwich Branch. From start to finish a very helpful, pleasant and a reassuring experience, I highly recommed the team.
21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.
23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely awesome experience! When the house we had planned to rent with someone else fell through last minute, Spencer Jakeman jumped in and sorted us out with a fabulous flat, and had everything done, sorted and organised in 4 days!! I honestly can't rate them highly enough for how they have acted, highly professional, and quick to act. Excellent communication, and seamless process.
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending

I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.
After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.
Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!
When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.
We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.
Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Leaders fully managed the sale of my property with organising and showing people around on viewings, liasing with both sides solicitors and regular updates

Great service!

23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Just purchased via auction with Bridgfords and from having my offer accepted on 18th September I have just collected the keys today, fantastic service from the mortgage advisor Lewis Kirkham and the Bridgfords team, special thanks to Ellie, Nick and Christos- 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Darcy and Harry have been excellent with their support and advice prior to putting our house on the market. Darcy valued our house at the value that we expected it to be and we agreed to listing this with Hinchliffe. The team worked fast to put the house on the market, with fantastic photos and in less than a week, Harry had the house sold. Couldn’t be happier, just waiting for the whole process to complete for all parties. We are buying through Hinchliffe too, so it’s a nice and simple process for everyone.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a viewing this morning of a property on the market with BJB - the viewing agent was Paige Malik and it was a pleasure to be shown around by her. Friendly, polite and very professional in her manner - very knowledgeable about the property but any questions she couldn't answer - she got back to me promptly with the said answers. I would be more than happy to view with Paige again.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Overall a poor experience.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
10th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a fantastic experience selling our home and couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process.

A special thank you to Amir and Charlotte, who truly went above and beyond. We experienced several issues with our solicitors, which made the sale far more stressful than it needed to be. Amir and Charlotte were always on hand to chase things up, keep us informed, and offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.

Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and support, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Friendly and professional, great communications throughout, proactive chasing of solicitors. Thank you!
