21st May 2026 (3 days ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

13th Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

21st May 2026 (3 days ago)We have our house for sale with a different agent . We received a flyer in our mailbox, which looked handwritten to state that they have a buyer for our property. My wife rang the branch to follow up with a mild degree of enthusiasm only to be told that this is a printed marketing flyer that came from head office and that indeed they don’t have a buyer for us. We have no objection to marketing But in this difficult climate when selling a house is stressful enough we think the wording is sharp practice and unnecessary. I have to say we got more information on progress from April than we did from the Solicitors,no suprise there Thank you to all it certainly makes a difference dealing with a family buisness.

10th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
7th May 2026 (17 days ago)Ally and the team at Northwood in Sandbach have been excellent. They allow multiple visits to the property of interest. Ally is very informative about the properties that are being sold. Rob has also been most helpful during negotiations. They keep you informed of progress at all times which is reassuring, even setting up a WhatsApp group so that you can ask questions and keep up to date with the progress of your purchase.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
