No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

They provided good information about the local area during viewings, were good to communicate with and helped move the whole chain along.
21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

12th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.<br><br>Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. 13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I was extremely disappointed with the service I received throughout the sale of my property. One of my biggest concerns was that the buyer's position was not properly checked at the outset. It later became apparent that there was an additional property chain that had not been identified, which caused significant delays to the sale. As a direct result of these delays, I incurred additional costs that could potentially have been avoided with more thorough due diligence. I also found the agency to be reactive rather than proactive. There appeared to be very little effort made to actively market my property or seek out additional potential buyers, even when the sale encountered difficulties. Communication was limited, and I often felt that I was the one chasing updates rather than being kept informed. Overall, I felt that the agency did the bare minimum required to progress the sale. I expected professional guidance, proactive management of the sales process, and proper vetting of buyers, but unfortunately my experience fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this estate agent based on my experience.
