They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

I have driven through Bostock Green on so many occasions and often day dreamed about living there and now I get to do that. Helen has been fantastic from letting us know it had come back on the market to the first viewing through to the handing over of the keys. Victoria and I are looking forward to spending many years living here and integrating ourselves into the local community.

14th Jul 2024 (13 days ago)First time viewing a property through Northwood Sandbach and will unfortunately never be viewing properties represented by this estate agents again. I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up, called the Sandbach office twice in that time and kept being informed they were 2 minutes away which turned out to be a lie because after 40 minutes there was still a no-show, and even after I left the property I never received any contact from them to say they were there or to apologise. Completely wasted my morning/time driving up to Sandbach for nobody to show up. Poor service and unreliable so I will not be trusting this estate agents in future. The worst thing about it is that I was genuinely interested in buying the property I was viewing.

From first contact to money in the hand was about 14 weeks.- 12th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)Lauren, Paul, Nicky and Mandy have all been great at Bridgfords, Winsford. From the day we met through to now (with our move imminent), we found them to be kind, engaging and supportive throughout the whole buying and selling process. They answered questions diligently and with patience. We have emotional reasons for moving, and when our sale fell through not only did they react quickly, finding another buyer almost immediately, but we felt they were genuinely there for us. They make a fantastic team and if you are in the Winsford area, buying or selling, I'd make them your first stop.

26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)Awful company to deal with. Staff have huge attitude problems, don’t explain things properly and constantly make mistakes then blame you. Listed property for rent at wrong price, not once but twice. Avoid at all costs
19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)I can't speak too highly of the expert service and support we've received from Josh and his team. He stayed on top of our house move throughout. He can advise on all aspects of house moving, knows the best professionals to use, and on more than one occasion worked tirelessly to dig us out of what was looking to be a serious problem. It's nearly 50 years since we last moved and we really valued the help he provided.
11th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)We have now both bought and sold a house with Jameson and have found them to be very efficient and helpful throughout. They were always quick to respond and made us feel at ease at a time that can be very stressful. We would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I've been with northwood for the past few years now and my experience with them have been brilliant, any issue, problem or query they are always available to help and always quick to get back you. Not once have I felt that they are too busy to deal with you and they always have helped out with whatever it may be. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own. Can’t thank the team enough! I even remember telling Dani to pour herself a glass of Prosecco one evening for helping me with something I was stuck with! Thank you too all x x
11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)My time with Fran, Debs and Tom is now coming to an end and what can I say? Having had a terrible time with another agent whom shall be nameless but I have to say I am extremely fond of butter. I was recommend Whitecroft and Lloyd and all became good. From day one meeting Debs then Tom to value and take lovely photos of my property then of course dear Fran I had found not only professional people but caring people with a passion for their business which is very rare in todays so called modern world. I shall miss popping in for a chat and of course the coffee but they know they will always be welcome to pop in on me if ever down my way. Thank you doesn't seem enough but I will always remember the kindness and caring shown throughout my journey and as you know I tell everyone wanting to sell... Go to Wheatcroft and Lloyd Sandbach you won't regret it.
