We were purchasing a house through them, and when the original chain broke down, they were calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful while everything was being sorted. Their support made a huge difference and we eventually got our dream house.<br><br>A special mention to Mollie and Julie, who were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome.<br><br>We would highly recommend J Lord to anyone buying or selling a property. We’ll definitely use them again if we ever decide to move again.

As first-time buyers, we were nervous and unsure about everything, but he explained each step in the simplest, clearest way—truly “baby language” that made the whole process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. He was patient, friendly, and always happy to answer even our silliest questions. Andrew made sure we understood exactly what we were signing up for and gave us complete confidence in every decision. We’re so grateful for his support and expertise. Thank you, Andrew, for making a complicated process feel easy and stress-free.

4th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

Their communication was consistently clear and proactive, and every member of the team was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They gave me real peace of mind throughout the process, delivered excellent value for money, and made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and well?managed. A great experience all round. Thank you to the whole TownBridge team for your hard work and brilliant service, truly appreciated.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

They are excellent with documentation, and after I signed the contract, they assisted me with registering for council tax, water, and electricity. A special thanks to my consultant, Charlotte – she was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier.

7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Really good experience with Hunters when we were acquiring our rental property. Nikita looked after us throughout the whole process and made everything feel very straightforward and manageable. She was always helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. It made what could have been a stressful process much easier for us. Would definitely recommend Hunters, and especially Nikita, to anyone going through a similar process.
22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)The whole process start to finish was simply shocking. The description on my details on rightmove and in the office had so many spelling mistakes and five calls later it was then correct. The video was completely wrong and they charged me £125 for the privilege and then to add insult to injury, his photographer threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay the whole amount, even though I shouldn’t of paid the full amount as the description and my address was totally wrong! Also my property was reduced, however some three weeks later my details in the office were still at the original price, and not showing the price reduction. The way Neil Coulby speaks to his clients leads a lot to be desired and is just awful as he clearly has no respect for women and he pressurises you into making decisions. Then on moving day they were constantly harassing me ringing me eight times to drop my keys off, when my removal men were only half way through, and even though my solicitor had not confirmed to me they’d even received the monies! Just a shocking stressful and unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using these highly unprofessional agents.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly and always helpful, the drone footage of our house was excellent, they like to do the viewings and that helps a lot to take away pressure, and we didn't have to do any chasing because there were behind the scenes chasers that did all that for us, that did a lot to ease any pressure. Many thanks CW ??????
