With the initial one only viewing with Paul, then all of the help from Sam and particularly Rebecca has made our passage and transition to our New Home much easier than otherwise would have been. Thanks to all the Team @ Green & May. We would fully recommend them as a very good Estate Agents.

Never had a courtesy call from them asking if we were happy and worst of all at the end they never if asked why we were taking it off the market….! Nothing whatsoever it was almost like it wasn’t on the market at all …

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Thereafter, there communication and constant updates have guided us through the minefield of selling our home. The team have constantly gone above and beyond to help us secure buyers and make the process as smooth as possible.

17th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)We’ve had a number of different experiences with Miles and Barr and we wanted to comment on two individuals who have been especially helpful during our interactions. Judith at the Ramsgate branch showed us round a couple of homes and we loved her energy, her knowledge of the area and her willingness to offer extra support, etc. She has been one of the best we have worked with and we would recommend her. In another branch(Westgate) we have spoken to a woman called Charlotte - she again showed real interest in our needs, and went out of her way to help, etc.
