10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Things were perfectly fine at the start, but the tone shifted quite noticeably by the end. Once I handed in my notice, it felt like I was just something to move along quickly, simply because I was no longer a customer. The end of the tenancy came across as rushed and a bit impersonal, which made an already stressful process more so than it needed to be, and ultimately ruined what had otherwise been a good experience renting with them. Overall, not the best - but glad that's no longer something I have to deal with.

She is always willing to help, go the extra mile and is quick and responsive. It can be quite a stressful experience, but Olivia has ensured that it has been enjoyable and has been clear, calm and helpful the whole way. Highly recommend.

Been such an easy experience compared to some estate agents. He made this all really straight forward. 1st Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with Derby Property 4U for more than three years as tenants. As international students on UK student visas, we faced challenges renting a house because we hadn’t yet arrived in the UK to complete the Right to Rent checks. The team was incredibly patient and flexible, allowing us to proceed with the tenancy and arrange the necessary documentation after our arrival. We landed in Derby after 10pm on our arrival day, and Ken went above and beyond by coming out that very night to handle our check-in smoothly, such great service when we were tired from travel! After our initial year in the house, we made a transition to a smaller apartment seamless and hassle-free. Throughout our long-term tenancy, everything was straightforward and reliable. I highly recommend Derby Property 4U. Thank you to the whole team, particularly Ken!

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Thanks to Francesca and her letting team, including Gabrielle and Jayde for the friendly and professional service, letting out our three bedroom house in Beeston. The marketing worked well and new tenants were found within two weeks of putting the property on the market. I thought getting the house ready in time for the tenants to move in right after Easter would be a challenge, given repairs, decoration and change of carpets. It was well managed, and their contractors knew what is required for a let property and did a very good job.

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Recently sold a property with these, I honestly can’t recommend them enough . From the initial valuation right up until the day of the sale the whole team were amazing. The team kept in contact effectively and aired their opinions on proceedings and offer advice to aid with the sale. All questions I had (no matter how stupid) were answered in a friendly professional manner. All viewings on the property were booked and handled by the team and feedback was honest and delivered in a timely manner. Not once was I pressured or hassled into using any of their services but was advised of the services they offered . All the team seemed to be in the loop of the progression so was able to responded to all queries no matter the day I contacted them. 100% these guys would be my first port of call if I was to sell a property again in future.- 9th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Fantastic team to work with, can’t thank them enough for helping with the sale of my current property and my onward purchase! 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
