The worst rental experience I've had. From ignoring compulsory fire safety works mandated by environmental health to unannounced visits and rude, incompetent staff, I do not understand how they maintain a business. I can't express how bad the rental experience was, avoid at all costs
Addition in response to the business owner. You mistake necessity for willingness. I remained in the property for 2 and a half years due to financial restrictions, something you used to your advantage in your horrendous treatment of the property. As I can provide letters from environmental health showing the landlord accepted liability for not performing necessary works and 2 years of emails that weren't actioned, which part of my claim do you doubt?
If you wish me well then why am I having to pursue my damage deposit through single claim as you refuse to respond to it and release it?
I will happily release all relevant information publicly and link it in future comments if you continue to deny your appalling service. It is all documented!
