The sales progression team were particularly helpful. Keeping us up to date as things moved (or didn't) along. Talking to Becki when I was despairing that we would ever move really helped. I could definitely recommend John German
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend at all! We brought a house through bagshaws mickolover branch! They would never answer the phone! Then when we eventually got in touch after ringing the derby branch which were brilliant and really helpful they got in touch with them to tell them to call us back! I then received a phone call of a rude man from mickolover branch who basically said unless you leave a voicemail no one will call back! Why have a phone line if no one answers! Only if there is a voicemail? Really unprofessional and wouldn’t buy an house through them again!

24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency and our property management at Heath Road. Upon moving out, they attempted to squeeze us for unjustified cleaning and inventory charges using unverified quotes instead of actual receipts, ignoring the fact that the property was left in a condition matching our check-in inventory.<br><br>?Furthermore, when we left behind several new items and appliances (including a washing machine, dining table, chairs, and a clothes rail) for the benefit of the property, the agency and landlord happily kept and absorbed these items while simultaneously nickel-and-diming us over old, unverified fixtures. Communication was poor, accountability was entirely missing, and staff showed zero willingness to act fairly.<br><br>?If you rent through them, keep every single record and expect them to try and take advantage of your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Highly unprofessional and predatory behavior.

They have been easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. I would definitely come back to Nicholas Humphreys next time we are selling a property.

25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
