16th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live. Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process. I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.
12th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Worst experience of my life Everything was dirty, the manager or person in charge didn’t have our table ready and wait 30 min, the comunication very poor, ask for drinks and come way after food, and discover they were pour from big bottles keeping in room temperature no ice or nothing, the selection of food, everything frozen and no hygiene, no extraction in the place and you can see the mould on the walls No recommend this at all

12th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)We had exceptional service from Thorntons from start to finish. Our house sold in 4 weeks and the sales team were just so professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!

12th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Unfortunate that I decided to buy a house from this firm. One of their solicitors was selling his house and foolishly I did not realise that he put his interests as a house owner before his professional duties and responsibilities as a solicitor. There is a complaint going to the Scottish Legal complaints commission about his behaviour. Unfortunately the solicitor didn’t respond to the tradition of leaving the house clean and tidy and we spent two weeks clearing up his human filth! It is subjective ( so I’m told by solicitors). So there is no comeback for the filthy mess. That is no excuse. As a human being he should have ensured that the mess was cleared up.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
