Unfortunately Catherine is held to uphold the company's fees, however if I were to choose a Mortgage Advisor on personability, professionalism and honesty, it would certainly be Catherine 100%!!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. At one stage we had a buyer pull out and Debbie managed to get it back on the market and sold very quickly. It turned what could have been a very stressful experience in to a much simpler process. We always felt that Debbie was available when required, covered things we hadn't even considered, and kept everything moving and on track in a way that I don't think I'd have been confident on a chain estate agent doing. It was a very personal touch, and we're very grateful to Debbie for all the work she put in. I'll definitely pass her name on to anyone I know who is looking to sell.
