14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

I just had found out we’re her first clients of the property she’s managing and I must say she has been very great, tremendous and professional. I wouldn’t have thought that we’re her first clients because she’s so good and I would recommend her and the company (Slater Hogg & Howison). Thank you and we’re excited already! 26th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.

Quite different from my experience with other estate agents whom I have used in the past. 100% top class service
21st Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.
