Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Having been bequeathed a property in Scotland, when I no longer live there, could have been extremely problematic. However from the first contact with Claire and then Gareth, who assisted throughout the whole process, I could not have wished for a better outcome. The house survey report, the EPC, marketing, pictures and drone pictures were all organised by Gareth - this was all undertaken via telephone discussions with Slater Hogg. Continual contact was maintained throughout the process. I always felt that Slater Hogg valued my business and due to the circumstances (me not living in Scotland) I believe that Claire and Gareth went beyond normal expectations to overcome difficulties that may have arisen due to the distance between me and the property.<br>Slater Hogg and Howison have been exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others and to Gareth I would say thank you - I truly appreciate your efforts on my behalf.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

They also responded swiftly to complaints and dealt with them promptly. Their communication and willingness to help made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. 4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)If I could give 0 stars I would.<br><br>Extremely disappointing service – would not recommend<br><br>I would not recommend Watermans based on our experience purchasing our new home. What should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily stressful due to repeated delays, poor communication and a lack of organisation.<br><br>Our mortgage in principle was seemingly not dealt with for around 2–3 weeks, and we were then informed approximately two weeks before completion that Watermans was not on our mortgage lender’s panel. This should have been identified at the very beginning, rather than leaving us scrambling to find another solicitor at short notice and worrying about whether our transaction would go through on time.<br><br>Communication was another major issue. We experienced significant delays in receiving responses, and our selling solicitors at Warners were left chasing Watermans for information, with some matters reportedly outstanding for weeks. We should not have had to continually chase for updates when we were paying for a professional service to manage the legal process.<br><br>We were also disappointed with our experience dealing with Megan, whose manner we found rude and unpleasant, and with the lack of communication from Hannah, who left us waiting for responses for prolonged periods. To add to this, our name was spelt incorrectly on a Minute of Agreement we had paid for, which only added to our concerns about attention to detail.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is stressful enough without having to deal with avoidable delays, last-minute problems and constant uncertainty. Much of this could have been prevented with better communication, organisation and basic checks at the outset.<br><br>I genuinely feel the service we received fell well below the standard we expected. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using Watermans for a property transaction to think carefully about their options. We have raised our concerns formally and hope they take them seriously, investigate what went wrong

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. They have now just successfully sold their home too, which says everything about the level of trust we have in Stefan and Aisling.<br><br>They really are that good!<br><br>If you’re thinking about buying or selling a property, you absolutely must get in touch with Bachelors Estate Agents.
