They did a fantastic job selling my house and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Diane Kerr, who was always there to deal with everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Diane was extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and I really appreciated all her hard work and support.<br><br>I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend McEwan Fraser Legal, especially Diane, to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Thank you so much for everything! ?????
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)The process of selling our house was completely hassle free from start to finish. Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.
19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
7th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Renting my property - Jackie and Craig at the Falkirk branch were excellent throughout the process. Months before I was ready to put my house on the rental market Jackie came out and talked me through the process. Once I was ready they made the process easy. We were in contact regularly and the house was only on the market for two days before a family agreed rent.<br><br>Would recommend slater Hogg to anybody looking to rent their property, especially if, like me, it’s your first time.

28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Can’t recommend enough. In just over a month I sold my property and found my forever home. Everything is organised though an online portal which makes this process easy as ever. All the staff were amazing throughout this process from the estate agents and photographer that came out.

Alyson was always at the other end of the phone or email if we needed to ask anything. Such a lovely person to deal with at a time that should be stressful. Thanks again for everything!

25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. Extremely unprofessional. They booked a viewing for us and we travelled all the way from Edinburgh to Falkirk, only to be told the property had already been sold. No one informed us beforehand. When we called, they casually claimed they had “left a voicemail” — which is impossible because I don’t even have voicemail enabled. Completely dishonest and unacceptable behaviour.

As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.
8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this estate agency.<br><br>I placed an offer on a property through my solicitor, but I received no acknowledgement from the estate agency that my offer had been received.<br><br>Following my review on Facebook, the estate agent contacted me to explain what had happened and acknowledged that there had been some failings. I appreciated them taking the time to discuss the matter and agreed that my original review had been somewhat harsh. I said I would amend the review accordingly.<br><br>Unfortunately, I have since been blocked from the Facebook page, meaning I am unable to edit the original review.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would still have some reservations about using this estate agent, particularly regarding communication. However, I do appreciate that they took the time to contact me and address my concerns.<br><br>Update - Also disappointed with slightly condescending ChatGPT reply to this review.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

31st Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Unfortunately, found this company not transparent in approach. Property advertised with home report late Fri 28th Aug. Conducted external viewing Sat and placed verbal offer on Saturday at 10am stating it will be followed by solictor on Monday voicemail left. They were shut Saturday and Sunday. This morning solictor phoned in informing of formal offer conduct, to be told that offer was formally accepted yesterday... Sunday??? when it was shut.... Hate dishonest estate agents but at same time its even worse when they represent legal matters too. Lack of professional approach. They meant to get the owner best price and will be reviewing all and issuing to regulators. Its wrong. Once will get details of Seller re-confirmed will be in touch to them to verify this offer.

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property.
