I was kept informed throughout the process giving me greater peace of mind that my property was in good hands. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced from an estate agengy. The staff are so on the ball and no request was met with a no. I will use this firm in future and I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. I would like to say a special thanks to Diane and Elvira, you made the experience as stress free as possible and helped me achieve the best possible outcome. Great job MFL!

I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

From the initial consultation to completion, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent at every stage, and they were always available to answer questions and provide clear guidance, which made the whole experience stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Allen and Harris to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.

8th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Horrible company since after covid. Used to be so polite and understanding and willing to meet tenants half way. Now they just want profits and are all for the landlords. Emails are sent in a patronising and rude tone. It used to be if there was an issue it was sorted asap but now everything takes forever. Thankfully I won't have to as I bought a property but I'd never rent through them again and I'd never recommend them.
5th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.

The buyer was found and an initial deal was concluded within the first few days so their network targeted the right people. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always just a phone call or text away whenever we needed him. He genuinely made us feel like we were his priority at all times, you’d never have known he had other sales going on! Joe sold our house within the timeframe we needed and made what can often be a very stressful experience feel completely stress free. He kept us updated after every viewing and throughout every stage, so even though we weren’t physically involved in the viewings or negotiations ourselves, we always knew exactly what was happening straight away.
