We found him to be realistic, candid, professional and personable. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us in selling the property, kept us well informed throughout the sale and was always available for advice when needed. We would highly recommend him and his team.
6th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
18th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

26th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.

Their expertise in the local market was evident, and their marketing strategy showed off the property to its best advantage, while reaching a wide audience. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He is such a nice young man and very conscientious, delivering first class service for both seller and buyer. Very personable and easy to deal with, throughout the whole process of selling Jack applied attention to detail, listened intently, and did a sterling job with the marketing materials. One felt he was on the journey with you and really believed in your home, offering careful advice and assistance in how to make it look at its best. The house sold quickly and easily. Jack is the sort of person one can easily trust to be in the house and to take care of viewings without needing to be there. He really does his homework. Where Paul Rolfe estate agents came into their own was in the negotiations to sell. They have a finely honed gentle approach that works wonders, and makes sure everyone’s needs are met. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to them all.
