23rd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

Extremely professional and go above and beyond expectations to make things so much easier for people. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their perfect home. Will deffinalty use them again in the future if needed
9th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)Overall I am extremely please with the manner in which Butler Sherborn have managed the sale. The property was ‘under offer’ after just 4 days but I worry until contracts exchange has taken place. With the World in chaos it takes a brave couple to take such risk. Wish me luck that all goes through. Thanks for the good advice contained on your website.

6th Feb 2019 (6 years ago)After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

29th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Most helpful landlord we have ever used. Efficient and responsive, the care we have had makes them stand out. Issues are dealt with promptly and the estates manager takes time to check that tenants are satisfied. Currently using Northwich Business Centre

The team there have assisted us with finding a Tennant and managing a buy to let property. They have a vast amount of experience and knowledge regarding the world of buy to let and have been happy to help answering any questions we have had. Very friendly, independent business. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have to commend the services of Emily and Jessica at Unique Estate Agency Fleetwood who got me my viewing when i wanted, and took care of all the minor detail from here forward. An excellent service I would say and would almost certainly be my next option when rebuying or renting. Thanks to all the Team x

Although probably the most stressful of times as is widely known, their professionalism shone through right up to the point we collected our keys. Saying thanks is not enough, you cannot go wrong with Acquire Homes.
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.
