17th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Far to many properties for sale, the agents knew nothing about our property how can you sell a something you know nothing about. They didn't manage to sell our property which wouldn't have been their fault, but you might be better just hosting your property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

29th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Most helpful landlord we have ever used. Efficient and responsive, the care we have had makes them stand out. Issues are dealt with promptly and the estates manager takes time to check that tenants are satisfied. Currently using Northwich Business Centre
