I bought a property in falkirk After week I was gone to check the property what I need I made state agent He told me If you don't need a property Somebody else pay me extra money money I told him Property already sold to me Why are you saying that He told me it is okay So I receive a call next day He told me Property sold for somebody else It is absolutely Disgusting E took extra money The property which has been sold already That is races Because I am asian The agent name johnston Please avoid this person e will do anything for extra money

Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We sold our West End flat through Ivy. They were open and upfront about all the costs involved, the value and price predictions were spot on. The service we received was excellent and we were really happy with it. They made the process easy - can't get better than than.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.

12th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Letting agent has so far not dealt with a rodent infestation 14 days after it was first reported. All manner of other issues including two leaks, one of which is dripping through a kitchen light fitting and washing machine that floods the kitchen every time we use it. The letting agent seemingly is reluctant to reply to emails lest they admit to any of these issues in writing. To top it off I am told to 'calm down' and being told I'm 'overreacting' to the rodent issue. I have rats/mice literally walking all over my sofa, cushions and kitchen work tops and God knows where else!

23rd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Excellent experience with Ross Yates. He was straightforward to deal with and kept us up to date from beginning to end. He gave us very good advice on how to present the house. He is a qualified surveyor so had a good eye to reassure re minor issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. We dealt with him alone from beginning to end (not like the larger agencies) and he did all the viewings himself from early morning to late evening seven days a week if needed.
