From the advert going online to the completion of the sale, the entire process took just six weeks (with an offer being secured in just a matter of a few days!). I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Highly impressive service!

My 1st contact was with Stuart who came to value my property & gave good examples of similar properties currently on the market or recently sold. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Kim & the girls handled the queries, viewings & follow up calls with prospective buyers. My house sold in under a week & I honestly feel the overall team was the reason behind it selling so quickly. They are ALL a credit to the Bishopbriggs branch & would strongly recommend them.

27th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)When I arrived to see the flat I was buying, I received a warm welcome by Zoe, the estate agent. I was given ample time to look around in order to take everything in, answering any queries I had of the property. The process to put in my offer until completion of the sale was relatively stress free and I was kept informed, step by step until my move in date and beyond. Wrights made sure I settled in OK too . If I ever move again , I would certainly use this estate agent.

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

17th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
