26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The Bearsden team have been impeccable. Their valuation of the property was spot on as was their advice on how to approach its marketing. They took care of everything, from the survey to marketing, viewing and sale, with attention to every detail. They sent email updates on every viewing and telephoned to give me a detailed verbal report about their followup contact with viewers. After the sale was agreed they kept an eye on the empty property to keep me informed about any maintenance issues. Their approach was very professional, friendly and respectful throughout. From my experience I would highly recommend their services for sales experience, diligence to detail and value for money.

15th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)When the valuer first came to see our property we were very impressed and excited by his demeanor, he was very enthusiastic and he promised us he could get us top market prices and that he would have “no problem” in selling our home. We quickly found out that Igloo don’t phone you to inform you that you have a viewing as we had people turning up to view our home when we were unaware and not ready to have a viewing. Also days would go by after we did have a viewing without Igloo letting us know how it went or even that they were having trouble contacting the viewers. It took 6 months for us to sell our home, with us phoning Igloo several times to discuss lowering the price or changing something in our property. Not once did anyone from Igloo phone to discuss how we could sell the house quicker. In the end we lowered our asking price by £15000 and sold it that morning. Had there been a more accurate price put on the property, or Igloo had called to explain that the market was fluctuating then the property would have sold quicker and we would have been able to look at new properties rather than still making mortgage payments on the property we were in
