We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

Living overseas, I relied heavily on their guidance to find the right tenant for my London property. From start to finish, Craig was consistently supportive, knowledgeable about legal requirements, and always kept me informed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their reliability and attention to detail gave me full confidence every step of the way. Referred by a trusted friend, Angela Brown, I now understand why she spoke so highly of them. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Craig and his team. Truly top-tier service.
31st Mar 2025 (28 days ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good.
