3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
28th May 2026 (24 days ago)I had an excellent experience working with Zak during the house rental process from Brown and Merry Estate Agents From start to finish, Zak has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a home.

2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We chose Oakleys to help with our house sale as they clearly offered a very personalised service. The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I rented a flat through Hadlands which was managed. The property manager was courteous at all times and acted promptly to ensure any issues were resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance man was knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. I was notified in a timely manner about anything to do with rental/lettings details which ensured I was able to comply with requests easily and efficiently. I would highly recommend Hadlands as letting agents as they perform well above any recommended standard.
11th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

Niral gave me excellent helpful advice throughout, and either he or his assistant Nikki were always available whenever I had queries. Niral was very prompt in dealing with all issues as they arose. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

They know their market when it comes to market price and finding right buyer. Big thank you to Steve. This is 2nd time I have used their services. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.

5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
