At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

She was so lovely to speak to and made the whole process less intimidating for a first time buyer. No question was a stupid question and it felt like talking to a friend. Highly recommend

From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

Very professional, and with the change of laws within renting recently, a very ethical young man representing this company. We need more Josh's in this sector!

2nd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Highly recommend Christopher Pallet. We were selling the family home of our late mother. Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour. He kept us up-to-date with progress and helped to resolve potential issues quickly.<br><br>His strategy paid off with a sale well above the marketing price and with the whole process taking less than three months.<br><br>On behalf of our family, I'd like to thank Colin and the whole team at Christopher Pallet for doing such a fantastic job.
18th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We had to leave the UK and move to Australia due to family reasons, and were very apprehensive about renting out our very loved home. I wanted to find an agency that cared not only for its landlords but also its tenants, and through word of mouth, we were recommended Northwood. They managed our property completely under the rent guaranteed system which was a big weight off our shoulders knowing it was all completely taken care of, and they were proactive with maintenance requirements which was really important to us.<br><br>When it came time to sell, they were proactive and communicative. The house was on the market for a while but this was due to it being tenanted and off season so no fault of Northwoods and just the way the market worked! Eventually we found the perfect buyer and the sale process went smoothly. I'm almost sad to say goodbye to the folk at Northwood - thanks team especially Mark, Richard and Juliette! Best wishes for everything in the future!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
