They were honest, hardworking, helpful and always willing to do whatever they could to keep things moving.<br><br>I dealt with several members of the team throughout the process and every single person was friendly, professional and helpful. It really felt like everyone was pulling together to get the job done.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team at Robertsons — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Josh was exceptional. My father's house had been on the market with another agent for a number of months with almost zero viewings. We decided to move to Josh at F&C and he created a real buzz about the house sale and marketed it in its best light. As a result he generated a large number of viewings and shortly after an offer which we accepted. We had a long chain with a number of complications along the way, but Josh proactively chased and worked with the other agents in the chain to get it over the line. I'd highly recommend Josh & F&C.

18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had to leave the UK and move to Australia due to family reasons, and were very apprehensive about renting out our very loved home. I wanted to find an agency that cared not only for its landlords but also its tenants, and through word of mouth, we were recommended Northwood. They managed our property completely under the rent guaranteed system which was a big weight off our shoulders knowing it was all completely taken care of, and they were proactive with maintenance requirements which was really important to us.<br><br>When it came time to sell, they were proactive and communicative. The house was on the market for a while but this was due to it being tenanted and off season so no fault of Northwoods and just the way the market worked! Eventually we found the perfect buyer and the sale process went smoothly. I'm almost sad to say goodbye to the folk at Northwood - thanks team especially Mark, Richard and Juliette! Best wishes for everything in the future!

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
