We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. Initially, we booked a viewing for one property, but the team suggested a few additional houses for us to see—and we ended up falling in love with one we hadn’t even considered! After our offer was accepted, the journey to exchange was challenging (through no fault of Williams), but they really fought our corner and genuinely cared about helping us secure our home. Jasper was fantastic throughout, very professional, responsive, and felt like he cared about us and the outcome. I would highly recommend Williams, they made a difficult house purchase feel so much easier.

Selling my mother's home was always going to be an emotional process, and Jacob at Orchid Estate Agents handled every aspect of it with genuine care and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, his communication was exemplary. We were kept informed at every stage, never left wondering what was happening, and always felt like a priority. He achieved a fantastic price, moved things along at impressive speed, and did it all with a calm, reassuring manner. 6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

As part of this process (both selling and buying), we came across a number of different agencies, and the Akeman team is easily the most professional, responsive, honest, accommodating and helpful team. From viewings, to deal negotiations, to progressing the sale, they are supportive and transparent at every step. They follow-through with their promises. Bottom line, I never felt the need to "chase" them on anything, and that speaks volumes. They are simply a breath of fresh air after some mixed experience I've had with other estate agents. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/ let their home in the area to give them a call!
