It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!

We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend Isobel and all the team. Thank you.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Very helpful team! Just finalised the process of leasing a flat with Space lettings in St. Albans. Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team when selling my flat, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

As well as their professionalism and efficiency, what I think was particularly unique about their approach was how they work as a real team in order to support the home buying process. She kept us well informed, responded promptly to our questions, and took the time to explain the process clearly whenever we needed clarification. We particularly appreciated how accommodating and attentive she was when dealing with our application and the supporting information we provided.<br><br>Julie was equally helpful and professional. Her communication was clear, thoughtful and reassuring, and she took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and make sure we understood the next steps in the process.<br><br>Finding and applying for a new home can be a stressful experience, but Mandy and Julie made the whole process feel organised, straightforward and personal. We always felt that our questions were taken seriously and that we were being kept properly informed rather than simply being treated as another application.<br><br>We are very grateful to both of them for their time, patience and excellent communication. 14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I filled out an online form to request a viewing of a property. A few days later, having still not received a response, I continued chasing the letting agent. I finally managed to get through to them by phone this morning, only to be met with a complete lack of interest in my call and told that the property was no longer available.<br>The whole experience was disappointing and demonstrated a real lack of good customer service and communication. A simple update would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
