From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We viewed a property with this agency but unfortunately had to chase several times for updates. Responses were very slow, with little information provided and overall the experience felt quite disinterested. We wouldn’t choose to look for a property through them again.

2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We chose Oakleys to help with our house sale as they clearly offered a very personalised service. The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. 3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I rented a flat through Hadlands which was managed. The property manager was courteous at all times and acted promptly to ensure any issues were resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance man was knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. I was notified in a timely manner about anything to do with rental/lettings details which ensured I was able to comply with requests easily and efficiently. I would highly recommend Hadlands as letting agents as they perform well above any recommended standard.
11th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

I have rented through them on two separate occasions over the past 10 years, and I have found their approach to be consistently professional. I would like to specifically commend Emily, Lettings Negotiator, who supported me during my second tenancy. Her communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she made the overall experience straightforward and well-managed.
