I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!- 23rd Oct 2018 (5 years ago)Matt Davies of KF Henley was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

We particularly found the method of keeping in touch via our own WhatsApp group to be effective. Thank you ever so much once again.
4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

1st Apr 2024 (23 days ago)The verbal valuation that we received was £25K higher than the valuation that we received on paper from Oakleys (24 hours later). After one month with lots of viewings but no offers we decided to change agent and accepted an offer above asking price within 3 days of being on the market. They have a good reputation in the area but we were disappointed.
8th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Jake came to our house to offer advice on us potentially letting our property and to provide a valuation. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, which is really great when you are new to something and don't know what you don't know! I would recommend Jake and the team to anyone looking to rent out their property.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
18th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

Julie was amazing and after a short discussion about our requirements she literally pulled out of a bottom drawer details of a perfect dream house. This was followed up by Alex showing us the house and happily answering numerous questions with detailed knowledge of the house. It has been a delight to work with such a professional company and would highly recommend them. They know their stuff!
