2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Terrible service. We scheduled a viewing of a property and were not informed that the property had been sold until less than an hour before the scheduled viewing. We live over an hour from the property and were already on our way. Poor organisation and communication.
1st Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Property: 8 Benjamin House, Malmers Well Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 6PE. Disappointing experience with Ryeview Homes. We contacted them about this property and initially the agent who handled our enquiry was kind and professional and arranged a viewing for my partner and me. Shortly after, the manager (Amjid) called and pushed me to visit the property alone the very same day, while also complaining about his own team, which felt unprofessional. I visited the property that afternoon. It was acceptable but quite dated and there was a noticeable mould issue around the windows, which the agent hosting the viewing acknowledged. We made a serious offer: we are a professional couple with stable senior roles and way above average combined income. We offered to treat the mould issue ourselves and proposed paying 6 months’ rent upfront, requesting a modest reduction in rent to reflect the condition of the property. We were told the offer would be presented to the landlord and that we would hear back, but unfortunately we never received any response. As prospective tenants approaching the process seriously and transparently, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on this experience, we would not consider dealing with properties managed by this agency again.

They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents — always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands. Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing — helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation. We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them — not just professionally, but personally as well. Thank you both so much for everything.

She was supportive, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and reassurance really helped take the pressure off during what can be a challenging time. With Chancellors there were lies, rudeness and very poor communication. Still have a property in the area if I to sell it , Chancellors most certainly wont be the agency I will be using.

16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have just finished our second move with Keegan White and can say that we are really impressed with the service. Originally dealt with Charlotte who is always on the ball, willing to help and relatable, and then the remainder of the move was with Lenny. What we loved about Lenny was there was no rubbish, it was honesty and that is exactly what we needed, just clear answers of what is happening and real time schedules. Lenny always replied to my e-mails, even if he didn't have the answer he acknowledged my e-mails to say he is chasing his side. Amazed how Lenny remains calm in such a pressured environment - so bravo! It has been a stressful 7 months, but pleased we are now over the line and will recommend Keegan White to anyone I know wishing to move. Thank you Lenny and Team :)
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The Team at Ford, more than delivered on that. They found a selection of prospective Tenants for me to consider and handled the process from start to finish. This gives me the peace of mind that my property is being well looked after had been a hassle free process and I would definitely recommend them

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
