From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, organised, approachable and reassuring.<br><br>Moving home can be a very stressful experience & ours was no exception, but Rebecca made the whole process feel so much easier. She kept me informed, answered all my questions patiently and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her.<br><br>What really stood out was how caring and understanding Rebecca was. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled as smoothly as possible, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br><br>Rebecca is a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to anyone going through a move. Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. He was quick to chase solicitors on both sides to ensure a prompt completion two months after our offer was accepted.

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Robertsons and I genuinely can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough.<br><br>It was a pretty rough ride with plenty of complications along the way, but the whole team worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to help get the sale over the line. They were honest, hardworking, helpful and always willing to do whatever they could to keep things moving.<br><br>I dealt with several members of the team throughout the process and every single person was friendly, professional and helpful. It really felt like everyone was pulling together to get the job done.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team at Robertsons — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

His communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed at every stage, and having all viewings accompanied was a real reassurance.<br><br>The sales progression wasn’t straightforward, but Simon’s experience, persistence and practical approach helped find solutions and keep things moving. Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
