1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

1st May 2026 (6 days ago)Tim Russ – Kathi & Sue from the lettings team have been truly wonderful. They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents — always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands. Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing — helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation. We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them — not just professionally, but personally as well. Thank you both so much for everything.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

Buying and selling houses is not an easy or especially enjoyable process, but both Mark and Jonathan exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to alleviate this. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.
1st May 2026 (6 days ago)We worked with Alison and Mark on the sale of my mothers home in Little Chalfont after she moved into residential care. They both worked hard to make the process really easy, from the initial viewings through advising on how to handle offers and throughout the sale process were responsive and helpful. We used the integrated solicitor from JNP and I felt this took out a layer of complexity and meant the agent was able to be more involved in supporting the process end to end. A 100% brilliant team.
21st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
