26th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Anthony Webb enough in Palmers Green. The whole process of listing our house and buying our property from start to finish was all seamless . Martins knowledge on properties was impressive - we booked him in for a valuation before we listed the house and he did an impressive amount of research around the local area . As you can imagine the last week before exchange is very stressful and Filipo was even ringing me on his day off to update me on our progress . Tony supported us throughout the different stages and remained positive and he expertly liaised with our solicitors to get the completion done quickly . Overall , I honestly cannot recommend Anthony Webb enough . THANK YOU

25th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)My rental flat has recently needed replacement heating which the lettings manager organised on my behalf; using an experienced and reliable company; communicating with the tenant and coordinating with the heating company and myself - ensuring the works were carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. I was most grateful for the great deal of time and effort which the manager put into the project on my behalf. More recently a fire door assessment was carried out by an external company; and again the lettings manager was on site and available for access if needed; and as a reassuring presence for the tenant whilst the doors were being inspected. I had the opportunity to meet the lettings manager (Keith) and was most impressed by his genuine interest in both the requirements of my tenant and myself as landlord. My rental investment is still in safe hands; as it has been for the last 26 years !

Pleased to see that, in just a few days, we have several viewings booked for the open house. Would highly recommend.

30th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

29th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
