3rd Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Luke the owner of the agencies is very hands on - a bright, straight forward guy who is very personable and confident in what he is doing. But the 'star of the show' is Rita one of his negotiators. Her dedication to the task at hand and willingness to 'go the extra mile or two' is impressive. Without her my London flat would never have sold in a an atrocious 'climate' ... everyone and their cat were wanting to up sticks and move out of the big city.

21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Nothing was too much trouble and every part of the process was carried out with reassurance, kindness and patience. I cannot recommend them enough and am so deeply grateful for them making a deeply painful journey much lighter. Thank you so much!
