Frost were excellent showing empathy for the fact we had grown up in the house they were proactive and kept us informed at all stages of the process particular me notion to Jackie and Richard who we dealt with for the majority of the process.
13th Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Philip Hunter and the staff of Rodgers marketed our property very well. The photographs and description were of a very high standard and throughout the sales process, we were kept fully informed of developments. Philip offered good advice on the state of the market and was proactive in pursuing opportunities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rodgers to anybody and were very satisfied with the service we received.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

Firstly Dee (who has now left and is a big loss to Hamptons) was fantastic with us when conducting viewings and liaising with us throughout. Once our offer was accepted, Tania from the post-sales team was also fantastic, giving a great service and truly going above and beyond to liaise with a difficult chain and get the completion done, often going beyond her role to speak to people up and down the chain. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons again and would certainly work with them for any future needs.

From my initial contact with Ivor Lafford, he has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Throughout the conveyancing process, Ivor has done a considerable amount of chasing to ensure that the whole transaction went as smoothly as possible. Overall, I am a very happy customer 10/10.

Sterling job by the branch managing director - Justin whereby I would recommend Winkworths Beaconsfield as the primary estate agents choice for this prestigious area to anyone. Everything was as expected and I was relatively happy with the service provided up untill my flat went live. I had not one phonecall to inform me on progress, traction or offering me advice on whats best to do since my flat was on the market(18weeks). Keegan only achieved 1 viewing in 18 weeks which I think shows they have a reactive way of doing things as opposed to being proactive in getting people in the door. I get the market can be slow but they have showed me no effort in navigating through. I felt like an after thought and that I was only interested to them if more people showed interest. When I had 1 viewing, I received no feedback whatsoever and even when they agent turned up, they barely said hello let alone attempted to get to know me, provide feedback, they were late to. If your looking for an estate agent who can make a great brochure, this is them but if your looking for communication and proactiveness, this isn't them. I think there a small team and they only have capacity to manager a small amount of propertys at one time.

6th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

11th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)Very happy with the service and response time! I was actually in the area to see another property when I remembered one that I saw but had not enquired about from Oakwood. I called and within minutes I was met by Dev who showed me the place and helped me out with all the questions I had. This was my first time ever moving out on my own so I was new and he showed me the ropes very well. All steps of the process went great and I was able to finalize everything very quickly! Excellent service and follow ups, would recommend it for sure :D
