I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

19th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

19th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Haart approached my property sale with a plan that worked and my house was SSTC within a few weeks. It took me 4 months to find the right house to buy and Neil held the sale together for 6 months so I didnt lose my buyer! Neil kept on top of everything and everyone I spoke to in the office was courteous and efficient. I woukd use Haart again and highly recommend them.

27th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Awful, awful, awful. A word of warning if you are considering these lazy, unprofessional agents. They tied us into a 16 week +28day contract which they used as an excuse to do the bare minimum and NOT sell our house.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.
2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
