18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Jade was absolutely fantastic! Always available for any questions and help (as some ridiculous times of day and weekends). We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)A lot of Estate Agents get a bad wrap, & I have experienced why in the past. However with Foxhall Estate agents, I can truly say they stand out from the rest. Communication is exceptional. Internal systems just work, & obviously the information input is spot on as 'Everybody' knows your situation, there is a real sense of amazing team work! Everybody is professional, but also very friendly & very helpful. My car broke down, and one of the gents even offered to pick me up! look I'm not on commission here, although if I could retrain as an estate agent (a career I always fancied) this is exactly a company that I'd want to be part of, so I like to give credit & praise where it is deserved. Thank you very much for all your work, & for making my purchase with you a great experience! All the best, keep doing what you are doing! the very best Simon Chisholm

We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all

Sally, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make a recent very tricky and complex transaction successful. She has been so supportive during a long and frustrating time and helped to keep us informed and updated on progress. You will not be disappointed in their service and advice.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. She is real credit to the company.
