They were friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Their communication was excellent, and they made everything straightforward and stress-free. 24th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have tried to contact this agent about a property through email, on the phone and even gone to see them in person. No response through email, no reply over the phone except from someone who was monitoring the phone whilst the sales team was out, who took no details and suggested calling back. I called at least 10 times with no response. Went to the office only for them to have a piece of paper on the door saying they’re closed. Never known anything like it.

This was our first move in over 40 years, and the process itself is bureaucratic and unnecessarily complicated, but the Hizzy team consistently went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Their support made a difficult process far easier, and I would strongly recommend them.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.Harris and Wood - Chesterwell
