From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly supportive and approachable. Buying a property can often feel overwhelming, but he took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the process. No question ever felt too small, and he was always patient and reassuring. What really stood out was Peter’s efficiency and attention to detail. He kept everything moving smoothly and proactively updated me at every stage, which made a huge difference in reducing stress. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile showed a genuine commitment to helping me secure the best possible outcome. Overall, my experience with William H Brown has been excellent, and Peter in particular made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Peter.

One thing that has stood out is how well any issues or requests are handled through the ticket system. It feels organised, professional, and it’s easy to keep track of progress. Justin was very helpful from the start, showing us the house, sorting out the paperwork, and making sure everything went smoothly when we moved in. Since then, the team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. 4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.- 16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

He has met us several times at the property and has been very prompt with asking sellers for further information. It's been very helpful having that personal service and a single person contact, and it's very refreshing to find an estate agents that know what they are doing!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. They have helped with selling of my property with ease and when viewing properties they have for sale, their expertise outshines others. The team have passion and drive and cannot fault anything within the company.
