Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly supportive and approachable. Buying a property can often feel overwhelming, but he took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the process. No question ever felt too small, and he was always patient and reassuring. What really stood out was Peter’s efficiency and attention to detail. He kept everything moving smoothly and proactively updated me at every stage, which made a huge difference in reducing stress. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile showed a genuine commitment to helping me secure the best possible outcome. Overall, my experience with William H Brown has been excellent, and Peter in particular made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Peter.

One thing that has stood out is how well any issues or requests are handled through the ticket system. It feels organised, professional, and it’s easy to keep track of progress. Justin was very helpful from the start, showing us the house, sorting out the paperwork, and making sure everything went smoothly when we moved in. Since then, the team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. He was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease with the whole process from the very beginning. Thanks to the team’s proactivity, my house went under offer before it even hit the open market, which really demonstrated their drive and expertise. The photography was excellent and truly showcased the property at its best. Sophie, who single-handedly runs the sales progression, is phenomenal. She was always at the end of the phone, incredibly responsive, and so reassuring whenever we hit bumps in the road. I highly recommend Harris & Wood — without doubt the best agents around.
