One thing that has stood out is how well any issues or requests are handled through the ticket system. It feels organised, professional, and it’s easy to keep track of progress. Justin was very helpful from the start, showing us the house, sorting out the paperwork, and making sure everything went smoothly when we moved in. Since then, the team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 21st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Bridgefords were recommended by a friend, as they sold her house quickly. Initially we got an amazing introduction, we were impressed by the young man's hard sell if you like. They however, in 6 months got 3 viewers and didnt communicate very well. We had to get another agent who also gave an amazing introduction, but we have had 6 or so viewers with them and they send someone to show the viewers around who has amazing knowledge of the area and house. Not really had a lot of feedback from them really but they do communicate with me at least twice a month. I'm so disappointed as we want to downsize and retire.
