3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I had a very positive experience with the Lettings team at Connells Estate Agent, Ipswich. I dealt primarily with Miriam who possesses genuinely excellent customer service skills, it is clearly a natural ability she has to interact with clients. She was proactive, highly communicative and understanding to my needs at all times. She is a true asset to this company. My interaction with her manager Bernice were equally as positive.<br><br>I also found the property to be well and accurately described online with no ambiguities (something which cannot be said for other agencies) and the detailed documentation and information received before and during move-in was helpful.

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Very difficult to get in touch with them for any property maintenance issues. 90 % of the time the call goes to voicemail and no one responds to the voicemail. I would think twice regarding customer service before taking a property with Pennington.

1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.

He communicates with enthusiasm and vision valid to possible purchasers, making them feel valued and respected in their decision making on their chosen properties.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!<br><br>As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.<br><br>They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.<br><br>When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.<br><br>The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Complete cowboys—avoid this agency at all costs.<br><br>You messed with the wrong ones this time ??????!

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We moved 4 months ago and Ryan at Woodbridge Road East helped us with the sale of our house which sold quickly after being with them last August but we couldn’t find a bungalow, Ryan kept going the extra mile to keep our buyer interested and trying to help us find somewhere as well we finally found somewhere and it all went smoothly at the end. The town branch we didn’t find so helpful at all so glad we went to the other branch otherwise I think we would have stayed where we were as it seemed we were a nuisance about a certain property we were interested in. Well done Ryan a credit to your branch

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Tom in the sales team super professional and friendly. Came prepared and wasn’t condescending when explaining the process, market strategy and approaches. Cheryl who did all the viewings was wonderful, super friendly, really helpful for me but more so the viewers in terms of local knowledge and information. Annie my sales Progressor!! Absolute star and very much a credit this to the company and this role. It was a very complex sale (no zero reason) but Annie’s personality, professionalism and more so protectiveness and extremely high level of communication made the process a lot more easier and even if unable to do anything was at least an extremely helpful ear to discuss and put plans in place upon return of information or other issues/impacts etc… the main credit I can give here besides her personality is again if Annie said she would update you she would update you. Even if she hadn’t had an answer or next steps she would call to say this so you weren’t left waiting around for 2/3 days (I don’t think Annie and I went 2/3 hours in the final few weeks without talking hahaha). For a complex chain and upwards sale Annie was on top of everything and that wasn’t even part of her primary role. She was always talking to the my other sales Progressor and all the solicitors. I would use Annie again just for this process as I won’t be able to use Foxhall as they do not cover where I have moved too. Highly recommend the team.

They were transparent about the process and Karen would always make time to speak to me when I needed to chat. The team at Grace also ensured I was able to get quick viewings at the property when requested. Both Karen and Lewis were very friendly and open, and I appreciate the time they gave me throughout the process.

He answered all my questions clearly and was always happy to help. I really appreciated his excellent communication and friendly approach.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Honestly the worst company anyone could go through, little man johnny boy tricker think he’s so brilliant puffing his chest out in front of my kids and partner (a female) while I wasn’t there, raising his voice and pointing his fingers (which we have video evidence), making my two young kids scared and cry! Very unprofessional we put through many complaints about the house and they just checked the jobs off as completed but never even came to do nothing! Then to top it all off he’s now trying to take most of the deposit through “carpet cleaning” which he’s well known for by the looks of things! I wouldn’t trust him with your personal data either because he happily gave us the actual home owners full name and address! We was paying for a 3 bed house for over 6months when environmental health claimed that one bedrooms was unliveable with all the damp and black mould but once again keystones and little man tricker done so little to help out and didn’t care one bit! We left the house and 4 days later it was up to rent, so nothings been fixed!!

She wanted everything in the right place to showcase how good the house is and to show it’s full potential.<br>Highly recommend Oakheart property to get your house to market as can’t fault the communication from the whole team and how friendly they are.

25th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
