We have always had a very pleasant experience with everyone there - the staff are friendly and always helpful no matter the issue. When there is a problem in the flat, we have never had to wait very long to get a response from the team and have the issue sorted. The routine house visits are always thorough and efficient and the agent who comes is always kind and attentive to any questions or concerns we have (we have met Susan and Darrell, both lovely people!). Thank you to everyone at YourMove for creating a painless tenant experience.

9th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Thank you for belated Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. this will, as of May 2026 be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?
18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.

Keller Williams Scotland must also be recommended for their diligent handling of the final handover.

Very professional and great customer service. They really made the process stress free and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We would highly recommend Smart Moves to anyone looking to sell their home.
31st Mar 2026 (5 days ago)They managed to sell my home fairly quickly buy by their own admission, they aren't the cheapest estate agent locally. I didn't get the chance to proof read their property description before it went live which I found very strange but they subcontract that part out. It had a couple of errors in it that would have been easily spotted had I had the opportunity to see it. James was very helpful throughout the process and my property is now sold so they did their job.
