I was also very impressed with the continuous feedback and communication before, during and after my property was on the market. 14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would just like to pass on a very positive comment regarding the Innes & Mackay’s Conveyancing Team, who handled the sale of my property on Telford Rd., Inverness. Having sold properties in the past, I always find it a bit nerve wracking, especially when it comes to the legal side as anything can pop up, especially at the last minute. But the Team kept me right up to date on all the transaction aspects and that put me at ease, and I gratefully thank you all for that! I would highly recommend Innes & Mackay for any aspect involving the buying or selling a property to anyone that wants a professional and very helpful service and done with a smile. 20th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Jack at Paul Rolfe Estate Agents, highly enough. He is such a nice young man and very conscientious, delivering first class service for both seller and buyer. Very personable and easy to deal with, throughout the whole process of selling Jack applied attention to detail, listened intently, and did a sterling job with the marketing materials. One felt he was on the journey with you and really believed in your home, offering careful advice and assistance in how to make it look at its best. The house sold quickly and easily. Jack is the sort of person one can easily trust to be in the house and to take care of viewings without needing to be there. He really does his homework. Where Paul Rolfe estate agents came into their own was in the negotiations to sell. They have a finely honed gentle approach that works wonders, and makes sure everyone’s needs are met. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to them all.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I booked a viewing on a house and on arrival was met by the agent who had his face in his mobile phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Even when I said hello he just gave an insincere “Hi” without even looking up. He then walked into the house leaving the door open which I assumed was a sign for me to follow on. House was on sale for 285k and he immediately informed me that it was worth 330k (it absolutely was not), continued to tell me very personal information about why the current occupant was selling (not relevant or any of my business). I was then told to have a look around while he continued to stand in the living room in his phone. Toilet was a mess (surely a basic rule for a viewing is to ensure it is semi-clean). For some reason we still made an offer but received no further contact from Hamish and found out the house has sold via Instagram. The most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered in 25 years of house hunting. If you like the look of one of their properties be prepared to be either ripped off or ignored.
