14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Having had some recent interactions with them I found that any queries I had were replied to in a timely manner.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I booked a viewing on a house and on arrival was met by the agent who had his face in his mobile phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Even when I said hello he just gave an insincere “Hi” without even looking up. He then walked into the house leaving the door open which I assumed was a sign for me to follow on. House was on sale for 285k and he immediately informed me that it was worth 330k (it absolutely was not), continued to tell me very personal information about why the current occupant was selling (not relevant or any of my business). I was then told to have a look around while he continued to stand in the living room in his phone. Toilet was a mess (surely a basic rule for a viewing is to ensure it is semi-clean). For some reason we still made an offer but received no further contact from Hamish and found out the house has sold via Instagram. The most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered in 25 years of house hunting. If you like the look of one of their properties be prepared to be either ripped off or ignored..png)

She was flexible on times when as to when we could do viewings, knowledgable about the houses we saw and responded quickly to all our queries. She also had many contacts for the different services we would need, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers, which was extremely valuable as we had only recently moved to Scotland and helped smooth out the whole process. We would highly recommend using Nicola, not only for her professionalism but her personal approach as well.
