They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!

15th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
2nd Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)Now under new management with Susan Mortan, she delivers excellent service as always. Although a High Street office she’s always there 24/7, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
21st Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)We had quite a few estate agents out to the house for a valuation but from the minute Scott entered our house and we began to discuss the house and valuation we felt he was honest, approachable and most of all being the sellers of our much loved house he listened. At no time did we feel pressure or an obligation to secure him as our agent. May I also add that when contacting the Glenrothes branch and speaking to the rest of the team they also were very approachable and no amount of questions were to much. I cannot rate Slater, Hogg and Howison highly enough.

Nothing was too much trouble. We also used there solicitors fir our sale & the purchase of our new property. We would definitely use Thorntons again & highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who helped us

9th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have dealt with Clyde properties for a number of years when needing an Insurance valuation I recommended them to a few friends who have used them and the feed back from them was as I expected "brilliant" Recently I put my house on the market with Clyde and I have had had nothing but the best service together with kindness and compassion through a very difficult time in having to sell my home. Thank you all at Clyde
20th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

The Simple Approach Mortage team; Leann, Rhea and all the ladies were so lovely, so kind and explained everything very clearly and simply. They helped to turn the fear of making such a big decision, exciting again. Despite being so new to the whole thing they never made me feel foolish for all my undoubtedly silly questions. I couldn’t be happier with the kind help and service they provided.

I instantly took a liking to Joanne’s professional but relaxed approach and she knows the market so well. I valued her advice and we had such a laugh in the process taking a bit of the stress out of the process. Same s true of Stacey in the office and April. What a wonderful, hard working team. I would recommend First For Homes whether buying or selling. Thank you for all your help in finding and securing our place. We are so happy with it ????????????

8th Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
