22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Harris and Birt were fantastic all the way through from the viewing to completion Bethan Harris Thomas was our main point of contact and frequently kept in touch and helped drive the purchase of our property. Would reccomend highly and would use Harris and Birt in the first instance in the future.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
16th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Liars and thieves. Throughout our tenancy, we had a good relationship with Christie, paid our rent on time, made accommodations for regular inspections, and got along fine. End of the tenancy comes (due to the landlord increasing the rent beyond which we could afford - one Christie's employee actually had the gall to say we'd put the landlord in a difficult financial position!) and it's the same old story: we spent two days scrubbing the place and used a carpet cleaner on the carpets and they want to take half the deposit for professional cleaning. The fighting continues...

They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)

12th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

He quickly arranged for our house to be marketed to allow us to be in a position to put offers in on other properties. The brochure and photos combined really helped upsell our house. Chris is very good at communicating and kept the pressure on the solicitors. I would highly recommend Chris at Powells to anyone looking to sell their property! Chris & our solicitor were the absolute dream team and made the whole process less stressful! Thank you Chris! At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
