19th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )- 30th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !
27th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)This is the second time we have sold a house through Coast and Marina, and we also bought the house we have just sold through them. We rate their local market knowledge and high level of commitment. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, our experience with Beresford Adams has been exceptional: from the first time we spoke with them to enquire about a property last year to our dealings with them to get the current property we are in now. They are a friendly, professional lot; we can only speak highly of them. To Ffion: wow! You are exceptional at your job: you really do take a personal approach to your position and we have no doubt this is what separates you from a lot of other lettings negotiators in the industry. From remembering Maria when she called about the property we're in now, to the warm and friendly viewing you gave us, to your personal sadness that you couldn't be in the office to hand over the keys to us. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. Thank you.

Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.
19th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
14th Oct 2024 (9 days ago)Excellent service. From day 1 the advice and valuation was excellent. From day 2 we received an offer. From day 7 the offer was retracted, from day 8 a new better offer was received. The communication between Elwy,, the buyers, and myself was consistently great. From start to completion an excellent service. Well done Marti and colleagues.

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!
